RMA’s are only issued up to 30 days from the invoice date. All returns must have an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number before the return of the items or request for credit. To request an RGA number, email customer.service@rhwholesale.com, call 800.367.5625. Any items received without an RGA will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer’s expense. All returns are subject to a final inspection and please note that an issued RGA does not guarantee the final disposition. All returned merchandise must be in original factory packaging, including all materials, inserts, manuals, and accessories. Items must be in original condition, unopened, and uninstalled.

All customer return requests for items returned to inventory will have a 35% restocking fee in addition to original freight charges (if applicable) and will be credited (excluding return shipping and handling charges) after inspection. Returns on all factory ordered items are subject to both R&H and the factory’s approval and have a minimum 45% restocking fee. No returns of factory ordered material under $250.00 will be accepted. All electronic merchandise and software are non-refundable. Replacement of defective items or items shipped in error will be invoiced and credited upon receipt of defective or incorrect items. Products are warranted solely by the manufacturer with the complete warranty included with the product and is also subject to the conditions set forth by the manufacturer.

Return labels: A UPS return label will be provided for return of material that was shipped out in error or if the material is deemed defective. If a UPS label is needed, please specify when requesting an RMA. If a shipping label is needed for a customer request RGA, the amount will be deducted from the credit.
